Our trip to Utah

We went down to Utah for spring break week. We took the boys to Discovery Gateway is SLC. We also went to the zoo and bought a new car. It was fun to see family and play with cousins!!!

Logans 4th Birthday

Logan had his golden birthday on the 4th!!! He loved all of his wonderful presents and cake.

Mater

Yesterday we went down to Belgrade to see Jackie. While we were waiting in the parking lot for her to pick up her dog Tyler looked out the window and started yelling, 'MOM!!! It's Mater!! Look mom, Mater!!!" He got so excited. So of course we had to cross the road and get pictures with Mater. Enjoy!!!

The Holiday Season

Christmas this year was so much fun. Logan really got into the whole 'Santa' thing this year and was way excited to open his toys on Christmas morning. Hopefully this next Christmas Tyler gets into it as much as Logan did.

Dan and I had both sides of our family come to visit for the Holiday. My parents and 3 youngest siblings came up from Utah. His youngest sister and her family came from Havre. He had another sister and her family come from Helena. And his oldest sister and her family came from Missouri. It was so great to see everyone. We got a big family picture taken of everyone on Dan's side of the family. When I get the picture, then I will be sure to post it!!!

One of the best things that happens during the holiday season is my stud of a husband's birthday!!! He turned 27!!!!



I got this cake idea off of my cousins blog!!! To make it even better, I put caramel in it!!! It was delicious!!!!

Learn to read

I cannot tell you how excited I am to have ordered this online. My goal is to get Logan reading in the next year. I always worry he is going to be behind in Kindergarden. Unlike most places around the U.S. Montana's kindergarden is a whole day! From, I think 8:30ish till 3:30ish. Logan is so funny, he talks about going to kindergarden all the time and how he is going to ride the bus there and be gone all day just like daddy. He isnt even going for another year and a half. Crazy kid!!!! Anyways, I hope this Hooked on Phonics thing works!!!!

Santa, Stockings and Graham Cracker houses

Logan was way excited to sit on Santa's lap. This year he asked Santa for a BIG truck!!! After he got off his lap he asked Dan where is big truck was. He didn't realize he had to wait for Chrismas to get it.



This is a stocking I am trying to make for Dan. It doesnt look as good as the boys' stockings (picture below)



These are the boys stockings. An ex-coworkers of Dans made them for the boys last year. They are so stinking cute.

Catch Up Time!!!

For Preschool before Thanksgiving the boys made Turkey Hats!!!




The boys where way excited to get the snow stuff out when it started snowing a while back. They loved to wear Dans beanies.




For our ward Christmas party the nursery kids got to put on the play of Mary and Joseph. Logan was the innkeeper. He did a really good job standing on the stage.



There is a little hill by our house that the boys went sledding on after it snowed. It amazes me how much they love to play out side in the freezing cold.
